Privacy Policy

• Account details when you sign in with Discord or email: your email address, and your Discord username and avatar if you use Discord.
• Things you create: your display name and profile, decks, favorites, card collection imports, and any articles you write or applications you submit.
• Basic usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance without cookies and without identifying you personally.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

To run the sites: keeping you signed in, saving your decks and collection, showing your public profile and decks, and awarding badges. If you contact us or apply as a creator, we use your details to respond.

We store a sign-in session, a cached copy of the card database and, on theinkcast.com, your shopping cart in your browser so the sites load quickly and remember you. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

• Supabase stores accounts and site data.
• Vercel hosts the sites and provides the usage statistics above.
• Discord handles sign-in if you choose "Sign in with Discord".
• Fourthwallruns checkout for the InkCast shop. When you check out, you're taken to Fourthwall's secure checkout, and payment, shipping and order details are handled under Fourthwall's privacy policy.
• TCGplayer: "Buy" links go to TCGplayer and may include our affiliate code, which tells them we referred you. Purchases there are covered by TCGplayer's own policies.
• YouTube: embedded videos are served by YouTube and subject to Google's policies.

theinkcast.com uses YouTube API Services to read The InkCast channel's own uploads (including scheduled videos and their captions) so we can publish articles about our videos. It accesses only our own channel, not the YouTube data of visitors. Use of YouTube data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The channel owner can revoke this access at any time from Google security settings.

The sites aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

You can edit your profile, make decks private or delete them at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Questions or requests: reach us on our Discord server or through our YouTube channel.

We may update this policy as the sites change; the date at the top shows the latest version. Back to The InkCast
